Delivery Fees

At Securaline, we aim to make shipping costs transparent and fair. Your delivery fee is calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery Process

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): By default, our courier partners may leave your parcel in a safe place at your delivery address if no one is available to receive it. If you prefer that your items are not left unattended, please indicate this preference during the checkout process or notify the courier directly upon receiving your shipment notification.

  • Signature Required: For certain deliveries, a signature may be required upon receipt. If no authorized person is available to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from the nearest depot or how to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience.

Recommended Delivery Address

We recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available during business hours—such as your home or workplace—to receive your order. This helps minimize delivery delays and avoids any additional re-delivery fees.

P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers

Please note that our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Ensure that you provide a full street address during the checkout process to facilitate a smooth delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, Securaline ships exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Freight-Included Promotions

Occasionally, we may offer promotions that include free or discounted shipping on specific products. These offers are limited to certain areas and will be clearly indicated on our website during the promotional period.

Authority to Leave (ATL) Preferences

  • Couriers Please Consignments: Unless otherwise specified, deliveries made through Couriers Please will default to an ATL service, leaving your parcel in a secure location at your premises. If you do not want your items left unattended, please advise Couriers Please directly upon receiving your shipment notification.

  • Other Couriers: For deliveries made through other courier services, a signature will typically be required. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notification card. It is then your responsibility to collect the parcel from the designated depot or arrange a re-delivery at your expense.

Delivery Timeframes

We strive to dispatch orders within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location but generally range from 3-7 business days within Australia.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect from the depot, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we take utmost care in packaging and dispatching your order, Securaline is not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit. If you have concerns about your delivery, please contact the courier directly or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
